Shipping and transportation costs

INTER MOUSE SL makes shipments in Spain Peninsula and Europe. Shipping costs will be applied depending on the shipping area, size and weight. They will be specified before finalizing the order.

- Order preparation: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and will take between 24 and 72 hours to be prepared (Time will depend on the design and quantity). Therefore, in each order, the order preparation time will have to be added, plus the transport time.

- Order delivery: If you place an order within Spain, it will arrive within a period of 24-72 hours after it has been delivered to the transport company. Shipments to the rest of the countries of the European Union are delivered in 4-5 days. Shipments to the rest of the world are delivered in 6-8 days.

- Shipments in Spain: Peninsula: 3.95 euros (VAT included) and Balearic Islands: 10.50 euros (VAT included)

- Free shipping from €50 in Spain (Peninsula and *Balearic Islands)

- Shipments to other countries: you will be able to know the shipping costs once you select the destination country when placing your order.

- There will be *some* products in our catalog that have free shipping from 1 unit.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

- The return: If the order entered the factory, it could not be cancelled. Since it is a personalized product, made to measure for the client, according to Law 3/2014 of March 27 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). In the event that once the product is received, it is not in the agreed conditions or has a malfunction, Intermouse SL will be responsible for the replacement of the defective units. In no case, by virtue of Law 3/2014 of March 27 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), we would take charge of a return without a justified cause, since the right of dissent does not apply to bespoke or personalized products. The client must return or deliver the product directly to INTER MOUSE SL, at the address C/ MIRABUENOS, 9A 03610, PETRER (ALICANTE), without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The term will be understood to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.

- The reimbursement: of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the contrary has not been provided.

INTER MOUSE SL may withhold the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the client provides proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.

- Return of the defective product. In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the client, the latter will have the right to return the product, informing INTER MOUSE SL of the reason for return. through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

INTER MOUSE SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
